PNB Life holds Annual Awards Night jointly with Allied Bank Retail Banking Group

March 21, 2009, MAKATI City - Allied Banking Corporation and PNB Life held the first ever Joint Annual Awards Night at the Renaissance Makati City Hotel to honor 2008’s top producers both in Retail Banking (deposits, credit cards, consumer loans, ATM/cash card accounts and remittances) and bancassurance last March 21, 2009.

Attended by over 400 officers and employees from Allied Bank and PNB Life clad in their most shimmering cocktail dresses and suits, was celebrated with the battle cry "Expand Your Expertise, Maximize Possibilities", and were truly inspired by the speech of renowned doctor-entrepreneur Dr. Vicky Belo, who also gave away Belo Essential products and Belo Medical Clinic discount coupons.

PNB employees rendered an interpretative dance to the African gospel song “O Sifuni Mungu,” which served as the invocation. The audience was also in awe with song numbers from physically-challenged 22-year old Angela Chua who proved that there are no excuses in life with her rendering of Journey and Fly Me to the Moon.

The holding of a joint awards night is a testament to the continuing solid partnership between Allied Bank and PNB Life.
