• To help train and develop the continuing education of the sales force on to productivity and persistency of the Company on a profitable basis
• Helps identify development needs of the Agency and Bancassurance Sales Force and trains them through regular classroom training or sales clinics, participation in sales conventions and other training opportunities
• Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Marketing, Psychology, Education or related university degree
• Preferably with experience in a Life Insurance industry
• With excellent communication skills
• Knowledgeable in training needs analysis and curriculum development
• Has excellent organizational and time management skills
• Self-starter, strategic thinker, and possess leadership ability
• Computer literate

MARKETING ASSISTANT for Corporate Communications

• Assists in conceptualizing various events and other projects that will constantly increase the productivity of the company products and services.
• Preferably with related work experience (not necessarily in insurance industry)
• 21 - 28 years old ; male or female
• Graduate of Communication Arts / Mass Communications / Business Communications from a reputable schools or universities.
• Personable
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Filipino
• Creative and resourceful
• Humble and a good team player

MARKETING ASSISTANT for Research and Incentives

• Assists in the production reports, budget and costing, computes for allowances and incentives, and handles research on products of the competitors.
• Graduate of BS Mathematics or other related courses
• Has an MS Excel expertise preferably knowledgeable in Macros.
