PNB Life and Allied Bank Retail Banking Group hold joint Annual Awards Night
March 27, 2010—Allied Bank Retail Banking Group and PNB Life, for the second time, held its joint Annual Awards Ceremonies at the Marriott Hotel, Pasay City.
With the theme “In the pursuit of excellence,” the awards night is in recognizing the people who excelled last year, both in Bancassurance and Retail Banking (deposits, consumer loans, ATM/cash card accounts, and remittances).
Over 200 officers and employees of PNB Life and Allied Bank came in their most fabulous evening gowns and suits. Masters of ceremonies were PNB Life’s Training Head Bhong Matienzo and QTV’s host Issa Liton.
The night was further graced by a feisty dance number from Hotlegs and astounding performances from tenor, Domino Marcos; singing sensation, Rhap Salazar; and all-time classic favorite, The Company.
In bancassurance, declared Branch of the Year was Allied Bank Paco branch, whose branch head, Rowena Chua, was also awarded as Referror of the Year. Allied Bank’s East Metro Manila region, under the leadership of VP Rico Ong, was acknowledged Top Region of the Year both for policy count and premiums.
