I Got to Be!-- The 2010 PNB Life-Allied Bank Bancassurance Sales Kick Off
PNB Life held a half-day Bancassurance Sales Kick-Off with its partner, Allied Banking Corporation at the Grand Ballroom of Marriott Hotel Manila last March 27, 2010.
The event entitled with PNB Life’s 2010 Battle cry - “I Got to Be!” inspired all of the participants to jolt not just in one segment of banking but to be dynamic in the turf of cross-selling. The thirst for achievement became more intense when the “9 Spices” for success and excellence were shared. The 2-hour talk dwelled in these secret spices namely Time, Passion, Determination, Courage, Ambition, Faith, Ingenuity, Heart and Soul, and Personality.
With so much enthusiasm about what they have learned, VP and Area Head of Central Eastern Luzon, Mr. Pedro David Jr. took the center stage for an impromptu speech encouraging his colleagues in Allied Bank to be an achiever in the multi-faceted banking trend. What struck the audience was when he mentioned that in his region, bancassurance is not considered a threat, but a means to increase customer and deposit base.
Smiles and excitement marked on every face of the attendees as the event wrapped up by video teasers of what’s in store in the year 2010 including “Swinging Singapore”, “Batanes Madness” and “Sydney-Melbourne Double Australian Escapade!”
