  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting and Allied professions
  • Minimum of 8 years progressive management experiences in a sales/distribution business, preferably in Insurance, bank or financial institution in sales function.
  • With training in basic managerial functions (PLOC) and specialized training in customer service
  • With excellent communication and presentation skills
  • People-oriented, mature, disciplined and systematic; With excellent problem solving skills
  • Must be permanent resident of Metro Manila/ Iloilo


  • Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Business or Marketing related
  • With training/ background and work experience in the following areas of life insurance field support services unit: new business, licensing, policy benefits, cashiering.
  • Attentive to details
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • With good customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and with high stress tolerance
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications


  • Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Business or Marketing related
  • With actual training and work experience of at least 2 years in two of the following areas of life insurance policy administration: new business, title changes, policy benefits, call center, facilitating requirements
  • Has excellent communication skills: oral, email, letter
  • With basic customer service skills training, negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • With pleasing personality; People-oriented


  • Graduate of any 4 year course
  • With background in life insurance policy administration specifically on billing administration
  • With basic customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • High attention to details


  • Graduate of Business Administration, BS Mathematics and/or allied professions
  • Work experience in churning high volume of reports
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in high volume, sensitive data encoding assignments
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly adept with MS Excel
  • Organized and systematic
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • High attention to details; Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • People-oriented/Client-oriented; Flexible/willing to adapt to changes
  • With a positive attitude towards work


  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course
  • With 3-5 years experience in insurance industry
  • With business development or agency recruitment background
  • Able to conduct licensing training
  • Able to do initial sales caddying and mentoring
  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is an advantage
  • Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success utilizing online sourcing techniques, networking and building pipelines
  • Strong consultative and relationship building skills
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to self-manage
  • Highly analytical and strong problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Demonstrated attention to details
  • Must be willing to travel and stay for long period of time in different regions


  • Male/Female; 23 - 45 years old; College Graduate
  • Preferably with one year experience as Licensed Insurance Agent; those with Variable License highly preferred
  • Preferably with one year successful sales experience in Mutual Funds or Top Pre-Need companies
  • Good salesmanship skills acquired through formal training from previous Insurance/Mutual Fund/Pre-need Companies
  • Entrepreneurial, driven, ambitious; engaging and warm personality; trustworthy; mature and credible


  • Male or female; ages 23 to 45 years old; College Graduate
  • With at least 1 year background in sales, any industry but preferably in life insurance (with clearance from previous company)
  • If without sales background, at the very least should display being results-oriented, competitive, ambitious and has a strong drive to improve and elevate life. The candidate must be very self-motivated with his financial goals
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • Uses cellphone, fax, printers, e-mail, Windows programs and accesses the web
  • Displays engaging personality and ability to establish strong rapport
  • Neat, attractive and with a corporate demeanor
  • Presents a mature and credible demeanor
