  • Degree in Business Management, Communication, Marketing, Psychology, Education or other related university courses

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting and Allied professions
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Insurance, Bancassurance in the following areas:
    • Insurance Administration
    • Product Knowledge
    • Training, Recruiting, Licensing, Agency
    • Field Sales
  • LOMA Passer and Completed the Trainor Development and Certification suited for Sales or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Organized and Systematic
  • People/Client-oriented
  • Strong leadership

LEGAL COUNSEL

  • Bachelor of Law Graduate and must be a Board passer.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • With background in Accounting, an advantage.

SYSTEMS ANALYST

  • Graduate of BS Computer Science/Engineering or BS Math/Business course
  • Must have at least 2-3 years hands-on experience in programming using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports
  • Highly analytical, logical, meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Has good communication skills and with ability to effectively lead a team of programmers
  • Preference will be given to those with actual experience in all phases of systems analysis and design from user requirements analysis to implementation
  • Has good quality assurance and documentation skills
  • Can handle multi-applications
  • Preferably with Life Insurance background

POS ASSISTANT – WORKSITE BILLING ADMIN

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in life insurance industry is an advantage

POLICY CONTRACT PROCESSOR

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • With at least one year of experience in Life/Health Insurance or any similar institutions in policy contract processing/administration
  • Organized and systematic
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Approachable and people-oriented
  • With mature disposition

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to Chief Distribution Officer & Distribution Officer – Metro Luzon

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Has excellent interpersonal relationship skills, organization skills, hardworking, able to perform under pressure and/or limited supervision, pro-active and willing to grow with the company.
  • Has 1-2 years experience in administrative work
  • Previous experience in life insurance industry is an advantag

DISTRIBUTION SUPPORT UNIT SUPERVISOR

  • College Graduate in business related course
  • At least 5 years work experience in Marketing or Sales Management or Market Research, Production/ Sales reports generation, Sales/ marketing data gathering, consolidation, encoding, analysis and reports preparation; designing and implementing sales/ marketing drives and incentive programs

DISTRIBUTION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

  • College Graduate preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Business Management
  • 2-3 years work experience in actual market research; production or sales planning, monitoring and reports generation and analysis; design and implementation of production or sales campaigns and drives
  • Expert knowledge in reports preparation, research field data gathering and reports generation using excel and related software tools.
  • Above average report writing ability
  • Above average presentation skills
